I’m Ready and I’m Not Looking Back!

The Fool

Happy new year everyone! And with the new year comes new year’s resolutions and basically a fresh start. That’s what the Fool essentially brings us. As the zero card in the tarot, the Fool is the beginning of the major arcana. When you look at this card you see the Fool ready to take the leap. He packs light for his journey, not knowing what to expect, but not letting anything weigh him down or hold him back. As we begin this new year, we need the energy of the Fool to help propel us forward.  The Fool eagerly awaits his journey and the new things that the new year will bring. The Fool isn’t held back by restricting beliefs, old ways or fear. You will never get anywhere in life if you let fear hold you back.

In this new year ahead, take the energy and the excitement of the Fool with you. This is about taking that leap of faith forward. Taking that new adventure and stepping out of your comfort zone. This year instead of having the same old resolutions as most of us usually have, I challenge you to step outside of your comfort zone. Pick a goal that you want to accomplish that maybe you think is out of reach. For some of you it could be going back to school, starting a business, or even learning tarot. The Fool is about taking risks. Whatever you decide, choose to push yourself out of your comfort zone to attain it. New year, new you right?!
